Swelling reduced
I was intrigued by the MCT oil introduced repeatedly on Takemari's YouTube. Having a 35-year history with constipation and spending over 2 million yen on solutions, I decided to order despite initial reservations about oil floating on coffee. On the first day, I mixed 2 teaspoons with freshly brewed coffee. Even if the oil floated, it was pleasant with a faint coconut scent. By the evening, I noticed some swelling, but not extreme. The following days showed improvements, and I experienced normal bowel movements. After stopping for a week to observe, I realised the swelling returned. Resuming the MCT oil restored my relief. I genuinely wish to continue this daily regimen!
